Anticipated a fantastic trip but not to be. embarkation was a nightmare at southampton, waited in 2 lines for more than 90-min to board and no assistance even though i was disabled. no place to even sit in the terminal! had to stand in multiple lines regardless of useless cunard staff who offered no help what so ever. ship itself was lovely. crew are a disaster..tried to run over me while hurrying to do their job on every possible occasion even though i walk with a cane. food was absolutely abysmal, not fit for human consumption; tasteless, vile, overcooked, small portions & worse. Chef must have studied at school for mechanics instead of culinary! high tea was a nice touch but nothing exceptional. worse yet (if humanly possible) was getting norovirus & confined to cabin for last 2 days while we puked our brains out. medical staff was a horror! they adamantly refused to come to our cabin to offer treatment even though my wife and i got progressively worse! had to beg multiple times for doctor to come to cabin to administer injection to stop symptoms. this is not professional, this is not smart and this is plain disgusting. absolute worst experience ever had on a cruise ship and we have cruised more than 12 times!

Avoid cunard like the plague!
