There was an acute gastrointestinal outbreak that I'm very convinced was caused by the crew.

Their handling of food was very questionable, the entertainment was low quality, the ship was falling apart due to poor maintenance including but not limited to the top decks of the ship, hallways, event spaces, casino, restaurant spaces, and public restrooms on the ship.

I hate to say it, but it was the worst Cruise I've ever been on. I enjoyed carnival cruises more than this in the past. I even cruised on the Norwegian Sun right before it went a big overhaul and that experience was extremely elevated compared to what I experienced here. The queen Mary 2 felt small and crowded, and all of the amenities seemed like they were in small and disappointing spaces.
