Sail Date: Aug 2010

We spent a day in London prior to sailing, and were booked at the Crowne Plaza St. James with many other Crown Princess passengers. It was a convenient location with Westminster and Buckingham Palace within easy walking distance, and St. Paul's a convenient distance on bus #11. Princess was supposed to have agents available at the hotel, but none was around during the time given to us.

Embarkation went smoothly considering the number (3100) passengers handled.

Service was very good throughout the trip.

Cabin Review

Cabin G

Bed was lumpy. Otherwise, it was adequate and laid out well.
