We are a family of four who live in the Philadelphia PA area and did not wish to fly to an embarkation port this year, so we chose Baltimore to Bermuda. This was the 12th cruise for me and my husband and the 6th one for the kids. Our son is 21 and daughter is 17. We always love our cruises on RCL and our hopes were just as high for this one.

A very easy drive from Philly to Baltimore. Arrived in Baltimore and parked our car; $75 for 5 days parking at the port, which was not bad we thought. The parking lot is spacious and the staff is very friendly there. It took us over an hour to get through the line to check in, and all of that time was standing. We had two cabins on deck 4 - one inside for the kids and one outside across the hall for us.

As always the staff on RCL is top-notch. Extremely friendly, they could not do enough for us! They are a VERY cheerful bunch of employees, especially so on this ship we thought. Our cabins were both of the "larger" (so advertised) cabins, and at 154 sq. feet they were larger than some we had stayed in on other cruises. Very well laid out and clean. However a HUGE disappointment was that there was no mini-fridge!! Especially since we had prepaid for bottled water and juice to be in our staterooms when we got there. I never dreamed we would not have a fridge as on our last RCL cruise last year we had one in each cabin!

Cabin Review

4584 - pretty roomy for a RCL ship! Well laid out, beautiful view from the window. Tiny bathroom but lots of storage space for clothing and toiletries. Very quiet location and close to the dining room and centrum. 4583 - roomy interior cabin. Updated bathroom with nice shower door instead of curtain. Bathroom seemed larger than the one in our other outside cabin.
