TWO STARS EARNED for

Embarkation from Venice went smoothly. Once on board our rooms were ready early in the afternoon and our bags followed.

Throughout the cruise the crew, the main dining and room were the best.

Port Reviews

Bari

The city had nothing of interest, We opted for a bus tour to Matera's Sassi UNESCO neighborhood. A collections of home caves carve into a hillside dating back to the Neolithic times. One hour bus ride past olive groves.

Corfu

WE took a Panoramic Tour of the city and country side. All good except for a bit too much "shopping time."

Kotor

The tour provided us with a tour of the city, a country side winery and a local restaurant. Much like Corfu.

Zakynthos

Had no interest in going out to see ancient Olympic site of columns and stone. The town is a small tourist trap of gift shops and restaurants. Went ashore for a look-see and some tasty lemonades, then back to the ship.
