Sail Date: Jun 2024

We have done two other celebrity cruises, one on Solstice to the Caribbean, the other on the Infinity last year to Greece and Croatia. .Enjoyed them both. Also sailed on Azamara and a few other cruise lines. We enjoy celebrity, but first time on the Silhouette.

The ship is nice and kept well. We found the staff all to be polite and of great help and we think the standard of service is good. Very little waiting for anything. We went Aqua Class, as my wife likes it, but I do now wonder if it was worth the extra. Our stateroom was great, and it was kept perfect by Nomi our attendant. Very clean, plenty of space and a nice balcony. No issue with this at all.

The ship is not difficult to navigate. Meyer Werff produce great ships. We chose the cruise because of the ports, and it did not let us down. We were fortunate to have fairly good weather. The only port we missed was Waterford because of the weather and possibility of difficult tendering, but it was replaced by Bruge, which was nice for us as we like the place anyway!!. We like the length of time in port as it allows you to plan activities yourself if you don't want excursions.
