Happy boy. The soft serve is complimentary, and unlimited!
Breakfast on the balcony, fjord-style.
Complimentary 1-minute iFLY. Two-minute slots have a fee.
North Star. Complimentary while the ship is in port.
Captain's Corner Q & A, a must!
Ovation of the Seas Orchestra! They played several shows (Big Band Night in the Music Hall was my favorite), and also accompanied Earl Turner's vocal set. Unforgettably, on the final night's Farewell Show, they introduced Brian to the stage while playing Beyonce's "Crazy in Love".
Bumper cars!
Mendenhall Glacier.
Windjammer breakfast (outside seating) during the fjord cruising.
Sorrento's pizza. We also lived Cafe Promenade next door. Pro tip: hot chocolate packets are available behind the counter.
It's not every day that one can pose with an iceberg in the background.
Nugget Falls at Mendenhall Glacier. We took the Blue Bus Glacier Shuttle independently there and back in order to have a full two hours.

We are a Seattle-area family and finally took our first Alaska Cruise.

The trip exceeded all expectations. It was so hard to leave on day 8.

Dining: We LOVED the Windjammer, and in particular, the Indian food was delicious! The Windjammer was just exceptional in every way: huge variety of food, very clean, and friendly staff. Beautifully set out fruit and dessert stations, too. In terms of Specialty Dining, I (Mom) treated myself to A Taste of Royal lunch, and it blew me away!
