We were looking forward to going cruising on the Dream,we went with an open mind as we had read various reviews.Flight to Palma was great,check-in at the port went very smoothly and we were on the ship in no time.We were shown to our cabin and our luggage was not long in coming as we were in a deluxe cabin.Cabin was great,food was quite good in all the restaurants,crew were great really friendly.We were on deck 9 so it was not far from the self service restaurant,but everytime we went through the passages to it there was always a smell of sewage!yuck.There were also wet patches on some of the carpets that were constantly being dried up.Set off from Palma 27th july,sailed all of the next day no problems.The captain had changed the route but we were still going to the places we were meant to or so we thought...As the week went on my husband remarked about the ship listing to 1 side,the water in 1 of the pools was deeper at 1 side than the other...so was the soup in the bowls when you ate it....When we got to Corsica on the sunday you could see that it was to 1 side.We were due to leave Corsica on the sunday at 5 but were told we would not be sailing for Palamos our next stop as there was aleak in 1 of the water tanks and that was why the ship was listing to the side..We were really disappointed as we were taking our son to Barcelona as he had never been.I know safety is paramount but this had been happening in weeks previously with the water situation!!!.That meant we had 23 hours at sea to get back to Palma instead of being in a port.We did not even get offered any onboard cabin spend for that day lost..Not happy with Thomsons at all have e-mailed them and should get an answer in 2 weeks time.If not will take it further even to our local Sunday paper....
