We had sailed once each on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Carnival so although not super experienced cruisers, we have a frame of reference on how other cruise lines perform.

Embarkation was incredible. In particular because my wife lost her cell phone in Orlando and since I did not have the boarding copies on my phone, we were arriving blind. It might have cost us 90 seconds as most in check in time. Our passport and facial recognition instantly recognized us and we were approved and waved on before we had time to blink it seems. Disembarkation was similar to other cruises we have had as far as designated area for waiting . By 8:30 our group was off the ship, through customs and in baggage area. No steps to winding steps to climb down like Norwegian in Seattle. Smooth walking area out. Baggage excellently grouped. Larger luggage underneath long table like structure with small age baggage on top.

The ship is beautiful. Sparkling in some areas. Very clean and warm and appealing in all areas we saw. Our balcony cabin was clean . Attendant was seen twice a day. Ours was not super friendly in the since of talking but very responsive to our requests and excellent in service.
