We were late boarding the ship due to Norovirus on the previous cruise that got 1/2 of the passengers sick. We were also late desembarking in Vancouver due to mechanical issues. Because of this we had to reschedule our flight which cost $550.00 but the cruise would only reimburse $400.00.

On the first day we won a upgrade to one of the two premium restaurants but could not even use it because they were completely booked for the entire voyage. What good is winning a gift if you cant even use it?

The service to location using their app only worked about half the time and we had long lines for everything.
