Overall, I would say "meh".

1. The stateroom was old and outdated, very reminiscent of the mid-1990s. The shower was small and the curtain did nothing to keep water out of the bathroom / bathroom floor. The bed was very comfortable however.

2. Upsell, upsell, upsell. They constantly try to upsell you on everything. Room service isn't free - you have to pay a $15 activation fee. At the International Cafe, there are these big tiered cakes next to the free desserts - that cost $4.50 extra for.
