this was our first cruise so I don't have any baseline to compare it with or didn't have any expectations other than what you usually consider an all inclusive vacation package.

the Virgin voyage met all our check marks for an all inclusive vacation package. the staff were working hard to keep the ship in a pristine condition and provide excellent customer service. everyone from Gally restaurant to their specialized restaurant staff were super friendly and accommodating. the ship itself had many great areas to hang out and chill. however we weren't very impressed with the size and the design of the pool or the surrendering areas.

we tried all the restaurant and by far the test kitchen was our favourite and they provide great dining experience staff at Gunbe restaurant also worked very hard but I found their version of Korean food watered down and not really authentic. the food at the wake and the extra virgin were ok but the interior design of the wake was really nice. the food at razzle dazzle was better than expected. the coffee at the ground club left more to desire and I didn't think it was a very good quality coffee for the price it was charging.
