I’ve been cruising with P&O for 17 years now and I can not fault them. Although Arcadia is a lovely ship for adults it does need a few refurbishments around the ship. Food was good however the waffle and pancakes in buffet at breakfast are left under a heated lamp and go hard and inedible. Entertainment was good and enjoyable. Drink venues opening hours could be different on port days. Bilbao was a bit of a disappointment because of the bank holiday and we had to wait for the free shuttle other alternative would have been a 45minute bus journey costing €5 each way and it was raining. Cabin was ok, wasn’t pleased with my cabin being forward on lower deck as you feel the ship movement more and spent most nights feeling sick. Crew was very polite and pleasant and dealt with situation professionally when needed. It was a lovely cruise and can’t wait to be back on P&O in the near future.
