The trip was great, the food was good but not always served at a proper temperature. The staff were mostly outstanding. My only complaint is minor issues with the upkeep of the ship. Everything was clean however there were some signs of poor upkeep. We paid for the thermal suite package (our first time splurging on this) which we thoroughly enjoyed however, there were a couple of pumps in the jet pool they were not functioning, several or the start buttons were missing the cap (leaving you to push on what felt like the end of a PVC pipe) and several of the lights in the ambient lighting borders were burned out or not functioning. This may seem trivial but when you pay for a premium service, it is expected that you would have a premium experience. I'm hoping to get a survey from Norwegian so I can address this directly with the cruise line.

Great Stirrup Cay

The family rented a cabana, best decision ever! We had so much fun on the island.
