If you want to be treated like an ape, this may be the place for you. Unfortunately, it ranks as one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. The food buffet scored a dismal 2 out of 10; the taste was poor, cleanliness was lacking, and there weren't enough staff to maintain cleanliness and food supply. Seating was always full, leaving no place to sit.

The onboard restaurants were okay, nothing remarkable, but a bit pricey for the quality, in my opinion. Despite being an EU citizen, I'm constantly checked for ID and passports while traveling in Italy. Most of the police that MSC was using for checks were slow always waiting in lines being pushed by other people etc.

The rooms are kept clean, but the bathroom smells, and the balcony is filthy. They even cleaned the balcony while I was on the cruise and they made it dirtier....
