The ship is beautiful and the housekeeping and excursions are great. Other than that... not so much. The badly misnamed "Fantastica" plan we bought wasn't fantastic. Water and watery fruit drinks were the only options, and those were available only for breakfast. The buffet is very crowded and, while there was a good variety, many of the dishes offered were disappointing (some were downright bad). The dining room is lovely, but there too, the meals were not great. The expensive WIFI plan didn't worked poorly, but a requested refund was not granted. The line at the service desk was consistently long, and located in an area with loud entertainment, which made communication difficult. The evening shows of mixed quality. The "ABBA" tribute show was surprisingly risqué and not family-friendly. We could not get the English sub-titles on the TV to work, so that entertainment option was foreclosed. Overall, we were quite disappointed in this MSC cruise.
