Balcony cabin deck 11 a bit tired, felt as though it was last refurbished years ago but cabin steward Sydney was to be commended, kept cabin clean and offered anything we needed, thank you Sydney. Food not as good as expected, main restaurant ok but buffet cramped and busy lacking enough seating, would benefit from other style of restaurant, Italian for example. Drinks reasonably priced, entertainment in theatre poor, not professional at all. Staff friendly if you try to engage with them, our waiters Erwin and Dizzle? were really lovely, we went back to their tables often as they were so friendly and obliging, but on the whole they just go through the motions, sometime long wait for drinks waiters in the bars, they don't seem to look for work especially in Java, they stuck to the coffee shop side and it was difficult to get one to come over to the side near the future booking shop. Shore trips generally ok as booked for person with mobility issues and staff were helpful on trips.
