This was my third cruise, but first with this line. Unfortunately, it could not measure up to either the Disney Cruise or Holland America. It was not even in the same ballpark. The boat was clean, yet dated, even after the big renovation they just had. Getting on the boat was effortless, but departing the boat was mass chaos!

The entire cruise was inconsistent. They took two days to even leave a towel animal on the bed and we didn't get one towards the end of the cruise. We purchased their pop package,which they really push hard, and yet there was only two places on the boat that you could get the pop yourself, we travelled 6 floors up to get a thermos full of pop and even then, they had strange hours in which to get it?? The main Windjammer food was quite good, selection didn't vary much though. Our dinner seating was wrong and we were stuck by the kitchen with two people vs. the eight I booked.

Our times for departing ports were always off, sometimes upwards of two hours late, which caused excursions and tours to be cancelled and cruisers were unable to get through the endless line ups to get off to your port. The daily compass information sheet was often wrong in their printed times and names of things being featured.

This cruise did not believe in informing cruisers of important information needed throughout the cruise, and it left people fending for themselves. First come first served seemed to be their motto. The most offensive, was the waiters and bar attendants demanding tips, even though the tip was included already in the price, they were rude, pushy and even mouthy when they didn't get a tip "over and above" they would say?? Every where we turned they were putting out their hand for a tip? I have never experienced this on a cruise ship before?

The cruise started off with smiles from the employees, as the days passed, the entire cruise ship staff seemed to care less and less. For first time cruisers with nothing to compare this to, it would be great, but for experienced persons, it definitely came up short!!

Very small. Only one outlet for the entire cabin. Continual stench coming from the drains in the bathroom.
