Did a cruise on the Azura in late January 2024 to canary islands.a total disaster.i have done a total of 43 cruises not all with P&O probably around 10 with them that ship is disgusting dirty food terrible the staff just don't care what on earth is happening to P&O Thier standards have gone off the scale gone from being my favourite cruise company to where you couldn't pay to go on another cruise with them .we had a balcony cabin On the 3rd night of our cruise in the early hours of the morning about 1am we were flooded out of our cabin when a pipe bursts at back of the toilet.an from that point on the cruise took a nose dive we were treated terribly put in an inside cabin at 3am in the morning all our clothes had to go to the laundry no clothes for day and half couldn't attend a formal night because our evening clothes stank . refused service in some bars on formal night because they told us we were in properly dressed. Try to move us back into our cabin on the second day after the flood but they had to move us straight out again because the water in the carpet had turn sour and it stunk too high heaven .some items of clothes ruined had to throw them away the list of errors just goes on and on we were offered £150 on board spend witch we refused they have since offered £175 of our next cruise. No thank you very much never again with them .the best thing they could do with that ship is to tow it to mid atlantic and sink it .it's an horrible and very tired ship . by a million miles the worst cruise ship i have ever been on . P&O really do need to get thier act together has I said earlier Thier standards are off the scale. They have cut things back to the extreme really sad .it looks like they are aiming at the first time cruises who have nothing to compare it with BE Warned
