About Us: We are 60 and recently retired. This was our 28th cruise but only our 2nd on Holland America. We sailed with them to Alaska in 2008 and had a marvelous time.

Pros: The ship was immaculate. Embarkation and debarkation were effortless. Cabin was ready at 12:30. Balcony cabin was clean, well designed and the shower was fantastic. Loved the chairs on the balcony. Anytime dining worked beautifully, we were able to have a table for 2 with less than a 10 minute wait. Food was average, nothing was memorable but nothing was horrible. Love the loungers by the pool and the towels not having to be checked in/out.

Cons: Freestyle machines removed and website not updated and they would not refund us our coke package. My husband didn't like any of the cans available at the bars so the removal of these machines was significant for him as we don't drink alcohol.
