First time on Norwegian stayed in The Haven. Highly recommend staying in The Haven even though it is not adults only. The ship was very crowded. It happened to be spring break time and there were A LOT of kids. Norwegian seems to be advertising and promoting families with kids/teens. Choose your week carefully. The excursions were okay. The Jeep and Safari in Costa Maya was very misleading. Picture showed a Jeep Wrangler and we actually were in a Jeep Renegade. The excursion never went onto a beach just down a bumpy road, turned around and back to a "resort beach" which was okay. Most of the excursions that advertised part of a beach day were at a resort that catered to cruise passengers and were crowded and stickly. Norwegian's port in Belieze was the best, clean lots to do. Norwegian advertises that you "can not save seats" but there were plenty of towels on seats longer than the allotted 15 minutes and people were sending 1 person into the show to save several seats for others. When staying in the have you don't worry about that but everyone else had to. Not sure I will travel Norwegian again, but if I do I will definitely be more aware of the week I'm travelling and will definitely stay in the haven.
