Suite very noisy and old.

I just returned from the Celebrity Eclipse on a 12-night journey through Patagonia. I was very disappointed with the overall quality of this cruise in many ways. Having taken 41 cruises on different cruise lines, including some with Celebrity, I have ample references to comment on this trip.

First, I want to start by saying that it's not worth acquiring an upgrade to a suite. I acquired suitlocated on the 12th floor at the end in a corner. Firstly, it's a very noisy cabin because you can hear the chairs being dragged from the upper deck, which is the buffet area. The cabin was very old, the remote control was broken, one of the windows in my room was dirty for all 12 days and it was hard to see outside. Fortunately, we had a large balcony, but the furniture was also very old. It's not worth acquiring an upgrade because it doesn't include drinks or wifi as originally comes with a suite; practically, the upgrade is just for sleeping in the room...

The food was very poor, especially in the main dining room; the food in the Luminae was average.
