From booking and all the confusion over flights being changed, seats not booked when paid for, poor after booking service where your passed from pillar to post because we booked by phone, although you are all Tui, shop or messenger don’t want to deal with you.

Flight fine, transfer fine, cruise leaves a lot to be desired, ship needs a lot of refurbishment, not nearly enough toilets, always out of service at very busy times, locks that don’t work on toilet doors. Not enough chairs in any of the bars, many ripped where you can snag your clothes in aperitif bar. The long sofa type seating isn’t very suitable as it’s far too low especially for older/elderly people as you sink into the back of it and cannot sit properly or elagantly to have a drink, therefore everyone is waiting for the few proper chairs to become available and then pouncing as people vacate them, it’s like musical chairs.

Waiters are few and far between, but if you go to the bar you get ignored because they are preparing drinks ordered by the waiter. Then there is the actual drinks, do you get what you have paid for? I mean premium drinks package. From the very first day, there were five drinks we asked for on the premium package only to be told, no sorry ran out or haven’t had that for months, then offer you drinks off the All inclusive package.
