Needs a complete re think on many of its services. Did a P&O 8 years ago and wasn't impressed but tried again to see how things have improved.

Sadly I am unable to give a good review. Cabins are ok but if you don't put your sign on the door it won't be cleaned.. its apparently policy that staff can't go and clean unless you put a sign on your door... anyway.. you only get hand-wash, shower gel and shampoo in your cabin.. nothing extra.. no slippers or bathrobes.. not a deal breaker for some people

Food... this is where it gets interesting. They won't customise anything so don't ask! I wanted basic ceasar salad (it contains anchovies and bacon and I'm vegetarian). I was told they couldn't give me plain ceasar salad because they are pre made up. I asked for mash potatoes instead of chips and was told I couldn't.. even though my partner had mashed potatoes with their meal. I asked for toast instead of muffin for my poached eggs... again was told I couldn't because I have to have muffin. I went to a speciality restaurant for breakfast where you pay for what you order.. I ordered the eggs again and the was a surcharge for salmon and a surcharge for avocado. I asked if I could buy both but was told I could only have one... anyway.. rules are rules but inflexibility is another matter.
