App was slow, Didn't hide events that were full and often hid prices till you got to the event. Food quality was inconsistent, some days it would be amazing, others bad. They nickel and dime you as well as having every event on ship consistently overpriced. An extreme lack of vegan food, which i was assured there would be plenty of options for. Would have also appreciated if the game systems they had (switch and such) weren't in the kids only area of the ship. Some adults prefer videogames with their friends over basketball and trivia all day. The staff where nice for the most part, fixing problems fast and generally being helpful. Although the majority of food workers couldn't answer what was in the food and didn't know what a vegan was, which was frustrating for my friend. Really could use more free things besides food and pool considering how expensive it is to get on. Also don't go near the vitality spa, they will try to sell you overpriced, fake, snake oil fixes for everything.
