Just letting anyone going on the getaway know we got to visit bermuda 1.5 days and spent the rest on the ship. We hit the worst weather going down- people vomiting everywhere- all over the ship- 28 foot swells and 75 mph winds. That mammoth ship was jumping out of the water- only to leave bermuda early and crawl home… less than 10 knots per hr and arriving in nyc early. The time didn’t add up. However, if you already booked… find kevin..he serves by the pool and in the bliss lounge at night. He’s from st lucia and will make your vacation enjoyable! He’s the best on the ship, so take good care of him! Also, while in port- find a bus driver to take you out and show you around. We met someone named damon- the g.o.a.t., truly. Everyone knows him by that if you ask. He’s honorable and trustworthy- he’ll show you all the local spots and give you great local information! Thanks to both of them!

One tremendous piece of information- horseshoe bay- please be careful swimming there. Someone drowned and died the day we were there. Unfortunately, we had to see the entire situation unfold. This man died a hero, but unfortunately tragedy is not uncommon at that beach bc people underestimate the currents and there are not always lifeguards on duty. Enjoy bermuda. Hands down some of the nicest people we’ve met in a long time.
