Food was cold and tasteless. We went to the Shanghai Noodle bar expecting fresh hot food and delicious delicate spring rolls. Food was barely warm and the springrolls were more like eggrolls. American diner food was cold and the chicken pot pie was glop in a bowl with 2 pieces of bread (had this on the Escape and it was amazing!) The pasta at Lu Cucina was dry. Nothing like we have experienced on other boats. There were no theme nights at the buffett or if there was it was not published in the daily guides. We did a painting class. I am not a painter but went with my daughters. The lady teaching the class kept changing her mind and was very confusing! We did do an excursion on Roatan and enjoyed. The Mayan jungle/medicine tour was interesting. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching us about the jungle! Staff was amazing as always!! We are platinum and had yellow tags. Still took us 2 hours to get off the boat from the time we got in line to the moment we stepped off.
