I had great expectations before cruising with virgin resilient lady. now i would never choose to cruise with virgin again. The absolutely "not user friendly"app that had to be used to make reservations at every restaurant for meals was a nightmare. i couldn't change my booking if i needed to add another person without losing the time i had booked i.e. If i booked for 6:30pm for 4 people and wanted to add 2 more to the booking it was not available. if i turned up for my booking and the ëxtra" people were with me it was a huge production to get a table with two more added! The so called "walk in"option was like asking someone to cut off their right arm. The "pop up" restaurants were not all open at the same time limiting the food available. the "social areas"for having a drink/meeting friends were always crowed and not enough of them. It was like winning the lottery to get a seat to sit on. The cabin i was in was basic with a balcony and far too small the space between the end of the bed was about 1.5 feet and very hard to get past if another person was in the bed with their feet hanging over the end. I have cruised on many other ships and never had this inadequate eating experience. Overall the food in the restaurants was ok however the food in the "pop ups"was mostly cold and inedible. Virgin's only saving grace was that the majority of the crew were great, helpful and friendly. I will never choose to cruise with virgin again.

Cabin Review

Far too small not enough space between the end of the bed and the wall.
