We booked this cruise last minute as it seemed to be a good deal with a reduced drinks package fee and complimentary balcony upgrade. We had heard mixed reviews from other cruisers but as it was a good price we were willing to give it a go.

Overall impression of the ship - really beautiful aesthetic and the galleria area is impressive, however, on an evening when there are events happening the area is difficult to navigate when moving from aft to forward venues. The indoor pool area was lovely. There seemed to be a focus on making areas presentable rather than clean. Saw lots of people hoovering but rarely people cleaning hand rails or touch points.

Cabin - smaller than previous cabins we have sailed in but space is used well. Cabin wasn’t serviced to a particularly good standard, for example, tea and coffee not replenished and drinks glasses not changed out/cleaned.
