The low score is a result of poor customer service. This cruise was for a special birthday and as such we researched available cabins very carefully, not being prepared to book unless a suitable cabin was available. We booked and secured a cabin and were looking forward to our cruise. On arrival the cabin key did not fit our prebooked cabin, it had been changed from mid ship, port side, to forward, starboard side, no notice, apology or explanation given, same cabin grade, but worse location and under the noise of the scraping of deck chairs. Only compensation, a refund of cabin booking fee. We would not have booked this cruise for this cabin. So beware if you pay to prebook a cabin you are not guaranteed it, nor will you receive notification of a change, on this sailing 45 pre booked cabins were changed.

Our cabin was a large balcony, a good description, small room but huge balcony, equipped with 2 sun lounges, 2 chairs and a hammock.

Restaurants got very busy, but there was a good buzzer system to alert you when a table became available. Food was rather repetitive, same 1 week recurring menu.
