Sail Date: Feb 2024

We chose this cruise to sail with family. That was really the only good point. We are gold members and it's either our 7 or 8th cruise. Never able to get a deck chair. The entire ship is beat up and dated. The food was horribly disappointing. The entertainment was so very limited and just not up to carnivals usual standards. We paid for the Italian restaurant and the service was phenomenal. The plates beautiful. Food was the best on the ship except for lobster night. The staff seemed all out of sorts. Usually everyone is smiling and happy. This group was not. It wasn't as clean as normal carnival ships have always been. The windows were so salted you couldn't see out of them. I really don't know if it is this ship or all of carnival ships are not up to par. We last were on the Mardi gras and it was perfect. We paid the same if not more for the magic and we are unhappy. Carnival needs to address these issues. The prop was broke and we heard that they never intended us to stop in grand Turks. Instead we got the Bahamas. Which sounded like it was the plan before we even left. I've seen alit of reviews that pretty much sound the same as ours. Now I'm seeing many posts of people getting sick. What gives?

Cabin Review

Stuff was clearly worn. The bottom of the desk seat was hanging down. Balcony windows were filthy. Very outdated and worn out
