The last cruise was horrible:

1-Instead of Platinum priority, we were told there were too many Platinum members aboard

2-Anytime dining was a disaster over and over, our phones would not let us make a reservation, and the folks out front were not pleased (after the fourth day they would reserve a table for us)

Cabin Review

Room was kept clean, but we were charged me for a towel that they removed earlier and didn't replace. I don't need well worn towels and do not have enough space in our one suitcase. So far Carnival has not responded to the claim.
