World Navigator in Antarctica

We recently sailed on the 2/4/24-2/15/24 Atlas World Navigator, 11 nt Antarctica expedition crossing the Antarctic Circle. We were in an A1-Horizon Stateroom with the push button drop down upper window. It was perfect for Antarctica since it let you take clear pictures without standing in the cold. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size with a couch and two chairs.

The bottom line is Atlas does an excellent job and we couldn’t have been happier with our cruise. We had sailed an Atlas Exoeditikn in the World Traveller last summer (Aug 2023) and really enjoyed that so chose Atkas again for this one. The crew is really like family and they treat you really well and get to know you right away. The service, food, ship and entertainment were all really good. The expedition team, led by Jonathan is top notch. They gave thorough debriefs every day and also went into depth on topics relative to our surroundings. They even worked with one of the passengers to allow him to stream the Suoer Bowl on the big screens and the chef made wings for the game. You don’t get that kind of service on the other ships. We saw lots of marine life such as whales, penguins, seals and birds. We even did the polar plunge! All in all it was one of the best cruises we’ve ever done and we cruise a lot (11 cruises inn2023) and have cruised all the ultra luxury lines and Atlas ranks right up there at the top. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to sail with them again!
