I'm not one to write reviews that skew negative, but because I had just stepped off a Carnival cruise the same day that I boarded Navigator, the difference in service and entertainment was striking. I've sailed with RC before and was expecting a similar experience and product, but the Navigator definitely seems like a weak link in RC's fleet.

I chose this cruise because it lined up well with the Carnival Radiance cruise I finished up with that same morning, and I'm local to Los Angeles so I could go home, freshen up, do some laundry, and get back to Long Beach for the Navigator with plenty of time. I took this cruise solo.
