Sail Date: Feb 2024
Cabin: Interior

We sailed two years ago on the voyager during Christmas and new year weeks. It was a back to back cruise. It included a sauna and steam room. They have been recently taken out(no more steam or sauna) and a large number of new cabins were added to accommodate more guests. The gym has been downsized. They have moved the crown and anchor from the 14th deck to deck 5 in the old card room It almost seems like an insult to the most loyal passengers of diamond and diamond plus. The service in the dining rooms are outstanding. The menus has drastically changed offering very basic and economy food. No more lobster, lamb, or prime meals. They have been eliminated to cut costs and only offer basic selections on the menu. No longer allowed to order more than one entree. they must be ordered one at at time and never together. No menu exceptions permitted. The elevators are a nightmare to get on and the elevators that are broken have never been repaired for years. This ship is showing its age and it is important for guests to be aware of the significant changes. The prices have increased, amenities and food have decreased buyer be aware !!!

Cabin Review

large spacious guest room and cabin steward very attentive. Please note that Royal Caribbean has changed its protocol to offer only once a day service to the room.
