Cabin: Balcony

I would never recommend this cruise ship to anyone. We joined this cruise to celebrate our special wedding anniversary - this is our 7th cruise - but unfortunately its all about money and not passengers. Our towels in cabin were not changed for 6 days - apparently the laundry couldnt cope with daily changes. The cafes food was the same for 14 days, tables not cleared when passengers left - barrier with language when trying to order a cup of tea/coffee. The dining rooms menu never changed in 14 days - staff often got order mixed up. No freebies in the bathroom-no chocolates/towel animals on bed at night-no water/ice in room. Crew decided to do maintenance on balcony, couldnt use it all day. No shows, just singing. All shops display exorbitant prices and are very unfriendly . Exception was the Captain who was very friendly and approachable, and the ship sailed well. Think twice before you chose the Royal Princess.

Cabin Review

Comfortable. Towels not changed for 6 days - dont know about the sheets?? No water or ice in room- no freebies in bathroom- no chocolates or towel animal on bed at night. Loud speaker only heard in corridor not in cabin.
