We stayed in the Yacht Club. Boarding was very impressive and smooth. A butler escorts you to the ship. The food options were less than satisfactory. The menu catered to Europeans. First cruise I lost weight. The Yacht Club restaurant was nice with exceptional views. All the employees at the restaurant delivered great service. Their private Island for Yacht Club was very impressive. MSC had shuttles waiting to take us to the Yacht Club area on the private island.

Our room attendant was awesome. Always smiling. The concierge service was great. The Thermal Spa was nice. The butler service is not there. It was as if our butler was hiding. Don't be fooled by the commercial that the butler's are that attentive. I think MSC uses butlers to mainly walk you on and off. It appeared that the butlers work other sections such as servers or wherever needed. Leaving guest in the Yacht Club with no butler.

The most impressive thing was that everything was included in the Yacht Club price. We were initially given a bottle of spirits for our room. That was so nice. We did not have to pay for any extra packages such as the internet and mini bar. On other ships, they charge for a drink pkg, water and unlimited internet. The TV channels had 32 channels of which 22 were related to the ship. Two channels were in foreign languages. The captain was a very friendly gentleman and I always looked forward to his outstanding humor when making announcements. Overall, trip was decent. We probably won't cruise them again in the near future but will wait for them to get more grounded in the United States and offer more food and channel options.
