Sail Date: Feb 2024

First time on a NCL ship. Previously sailed on RCL, Carnival and Celebrity. This was cruise number 6, I think.

I've read several reviews bashing this ship about it being poorly designed, crowded and all the staff was disinterested. I will disagree to an extent. I had zero issues getting a table in any food venue. Yes, they were busy but I don't care what ship you are on that at 6pm, there is a mass of humanity around.

The MDR experience was similar to other cruise lines. Gone seems to be the days of lobster night and prime rib night which is sad. I'm from Texas and and chose the Mexican place for dinner one eve. Poor choice. The food was OK but I have great tex-mex routinely. My fault. Also tried the Japanese joint another night. Very entertaining and enjoyable.
