My wife and I have taken 70 cruises, mostly on Celebrity and RCCL. This was our first and will be our last on any MSC ship.

First the good things. A Cappachino machine in the buffet area (Marketplace) for Lattes or Espresso. Decent cabin, clean.

Now the bad things: The elevator system requires you to enter on an iPad at the elevator the floor you need. Then one and only 1 elevator out of 4 will take you there. Great if there are just a few people or just yourself. Terrible at meal time when everyone is headed to the same floor. This ship has 16 floors with cabins so it will stop over and over only to pass you by since it is full capacity.
