We were thrilled by the first sight of the great old girl, the Paradise, a grand lady! For us, this was jaw-dropping decadence. Everything was so clean and well kept! Our cabin was small, but plenty roomy for us. The shower was hot and the water pressure was fantastic. Our Cabin Steward was Wahyu. He made us feel like we were the most important guests! Every little thing was paid attention to and we were asked repeatedly if there was more he could do. We had so much fun with Aaron from Zimbabwe! He made our safety talk interesting and later, joked with us every time he saw us. So kind and attentive! We also interacted with Innocent at the Guest Service desk. He treated us with respect, humor and a dazzling smile that just drew us in. Wonderful. Our food was some of the best in our lives and Guy's Burgers surely are the tastiest ever! We were just so impressed by the respect and care showed by the entire crew, including Uncle Johnny and OT. LOVED every minute of our days and nights onboard this ship. The linens in bed and bath were so fabulous, we came home to buy some. Thank you , Carnival Paradise Crew. This was our 1st cruise and our 1st vacation in over 30 years. I was so happy, I got chills and Happy tears! We were happy just to walk the ship and watch people and the Gulf. The port experiences were too much fun! Fish ate my feet, a must do again! The shopping was so much fun also. You people are just simply the best!
