First cruise on MSC (have used Royal in the past) This will be my last cruise on MSC. not enough chairs by any of the polls for all guest. Buffet is always extremely crowded. People are rude, pushy, and cut in line. Food is bland and usually the same with a variations. Thankful they had a salad station. Pizza was good. Dinners were not good. Even the gala night the filet was over cooked and one of my husbands lobster tails was actual mush. Worst dinners ever on a cruise. Portions are small for not being able to get as many entries as you want for free (like royal) They include gratuity in your bill yet none of the servers that help you on a daily basis ever see a dime of it. what a scam! The workers are the only ones who made the cruise pleasant. They deserve all the gratuity and to be paid better and receive more benefits and time off. The time getting on/off the boats for excursions is excruciating. Elevators are a joke! You stand there forever waiting and it never comes or it comes and it completely full. Yet rude people still push their way on literally stepping on you and being 2 inches from your face. I took the elevator maybe 3 times. Used the stairs the whole time as it was that bad.

Gym is TINY! Unacceptable for such a large ship. 4 out of the maybe 10 treadmills were broke. Was extremely busy whenever I went. not comfortable.
