Sail Date: Nov 2023

This was our first trans Atlantic cruise and our longest (30days Greece to Argentina)

I have Cpap machine and it requires distilled water. Prior to sailing I requested distilled water but that request was not fulfilled. Once on board, I made another request. The medical staff provide 1 liter of distilled water, which may last 5-7 days

Before crossing the Atlantic (6 nights at sea) I requested another bottle of distilled water. The medical staff reluctantly provided a 2nd bottle and informed me this would be the last bottle they would provide. They appeared to be very insensitive to my medical condition.
