We wanted to see the Bahamas. The cruise left from Mobile, a very convenient port for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Steward did a great job. Food was way suboptimal. Not sure I have ever been on a cruise where the food was worse. Actually ate three times where I tried simple entrees or appetizers that were just awful. I have never left that much food on the plate. One bite was all it took. Buffet was not better. Cold food sucks. Service in the dining room was bad. Ship design requires a non smoker to go through smokers almost every time. We were ready to go home after the first port. On the positive side, the shows were much much better than previous sailings. High quality productions for sure. We particularly enjoyed the violins in the lobby bar. Other entertainment was below par even though the performers were very personable. I sold my carnival stock and will cancel my carnival Mastercard as a result of this cruise.

Bimini

We walked around the island which is not much of a challenge.
