Memorable cruise but unfortunately memorable for all the wrong reasons, if you’re looking for a cruise with good food, luxury accommodation, excellent service, then do not book this. Butlins has more quality than this cruise. Food was typical British like Bacon, eggs and baked beans for breakfast. Buffet at dinner had a lot of choice but wasn’t the best quality, cold food and over cooked.

If you like the UK away from home with a package holiday Benidorm/Butlins experience then the cruise is ideal.

TUI have gone out of their way to make this ship England on water but made it holiday park style, you have TUI holiday reps running around shouting all day, music blasting out everywhere, terrible food, run down decor. Stick to Royal Caribbean or one of the other main cruise lines. Only positive is that tipping is included in the fare, not that it was cheap anyway.
