Rooms and bathrooms are very small. The food at the buffet was rarely good. Boring and not enough activities. The stores on the ship were very high-end, and it seemed that nobody was shopping there. Everything cost way too much The excursions were not what I expected. The excursion in Jamaica was supposed to be at a resort which was more like lawn chairs on the beach. No resort anywhere to be seen. The excursion to the mainland in Cancun got us to the ship late and we were standing in a long line while a storm hit got soaking wet! Ship only had one door open to get us in! Basically the only thing to do on the ship was to gamble in the very small casino. Was not pleased at all, and will not be using MSC for any future cruises. We weren't the only ones on the ship complaining a lot of people we talked to felt the exact same way, Don't waste your money people!
