Picked this cruise as we wanted to try a newer and larger ship compared to our usual cruise line. We typically sail in the 2,500-3,000 pax range of vessels but got a good price and wanted to give it a go.

The ship is stunning and stylish with plenty of food/entertainment options which is great. Cabins are fantastic, sleek and spacious so no complaints there.

Our major complaint and downside to the vessel is the size and capacity. It just seems that it was designed to fit as many fare paying passengers as possible without any real thought of where they’ll go once onboard… Really, whoever designed a “sunshine” ship with so little outdoor space should have tried harder. I think the main issue is that the Sky Dome and Altitude ropes/mini golf take away so much top deck space it’s a shame really.
