Viking is known for its impeccable quality in cruises ; they did not disappoint ! Service, food, ship, all excellent. The stateroom was nicely appointed and serviced twice a day. Our room steward was extremely attentive. The bed was firm but comfortable. Dining was very good. Several restaurants to choose from. The world cafe buffet was a bit crowded several nights , but we managed and the gelato is well worth it! Fabulous!

Our cruise itinerary wasn’t the best and one port was cancelled all together ; but seeing Alhambra was really nice! Would have liked to have seen the Straights of Gibraltar and also the White Cliffs of Dover during the day, instead of sailing past them through the night. Hopefully a better itinerary on the next cruise! ( We did the pre cruise Madrid extension and very much enjoyed seeing Madrid. A high speed train trip was included to take us to the Venus in Barcelona. )
