We originally chose this cruise because it was going to Israel of course, due to the violence there, those ports were canceled. we decided to stay on this cruise just to get away. It was our first time on Viking, and we were very pleased. our cabin was very roomy and beautifully decorated. The ship itself is absolutely beautiful. The entertainment was wonderful, and the cruise Director (Matt)was outstanding. We loved all the restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was “The Restaurant”. The food was very good, beautifully plated. the buffet was very good. We enjoyed having gelato and ice cream at lunchtime. The servers were anxious to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. My favorite dinner was the beef Wellington. It was delicious. Afternoon tea in the Winter Garden was spectacular. they had a large selection of tea, and the little sandwiches and pastries were beautifully presented and delicious. We had a wonderful time, and can’t wait to cruise again with Viking.

Cabin Review

Penthouse Veranda Stateroom

The cabin was delightful. Very roomy, the bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for both hanging clothes, and dresser drawers to put clothes away. The suitcases slide right under the bed so they’re out of the way.

Port Reviews

We love Rhodes. Our cruise stopped there on a Sunday. There wasn’t a lot open, a few shops near the ship was coming and went ahead and opened. My favorite sandal shop was open, and I was able to pick up a beautiful pair of handmade sandals.
