While this is not my first Celebrity Cruise, or even first time on the Summit. This has by far been the worst experience. Have been charged multiple times for the same items that I have had to spend time disputing. Our room has 6 outlets and 3 dont work in any way, the 3 that are out are bedside outlets. Have had 1/2 of our food orders incorrect with no offer of replacement. While since going on this same ship a year ago, the food quality has significantly dropped. Today, 1/11/24, is the Cruise's sea day. It's raining here, whatever it happens on a cruise. But because of this everyone is huddled indoors trying to find a dry place to eat. No big deal, after 4 laps with our food and literally no tables available we finally decide to eat at an empty (1 person getting a drink to go) bar. We are told we can't eat there and if we would like a table we would have to sit in the rain. This is the first cruise in which I would have got off at the next stop and flew home. The only saving grace has been our room steward, who has been great. Honestly, for what Celebrity is charging compared to Carnival, at this point in time save your money and go the cheaper route.
