The staff at dining room botecceli dining was wonderful, however I could not say the same for the staff on Divi Divi dining room, it was Christmas Day and we had an early setting and a private table, we were seated and given menus and then we waited and waited and waited, meanwhile more diners came in and got waited on before us, not acceptable. Not a quiet place on the ship to read or play games as there was always something going on in the lounges, the entertysucks, where they could have had the acrobat team in the princess theatre, they had them on the piazzas where there was next to no room to watch, and the entertainment should have been more varied for the price of this cruise. Also the cruise ship was very cold and my husband and I got very sick for the two weeks, also when you try to walk outside to go around, they had the stairs closed a lot and then you had to turn around and go back, not sure why they had the stairs to deck 8 closed a lot, thus was a good deck because you could see out the back of the ship. The stateroom staff was great,

Cabin Review

The cabin balcony was nice and we spent a lot of time in our room because it was the only quiet place on the ship, the room was always clean
